Julie and I worked together for a few years when she was editor of PAR. Her blog is absolutely riveting - whether or not you are interested in Russian culture.

Her writing style is very engaging. You can't help wanting to read every morsel! She's that good.

I am VERY PROUD of Julie. I believe she is one of the most courageous people I'm privileged to know. I wish her blessings many times over for what she is giving those children and older citizens in Russia.
